Netflix announce new Studio Lambert/Raw TV survival format

Edge of Paradise is a survival reality series set in two worlds: a camp in the wilderness and a luxury villa nearby.

In a game of strategy and tactics, the cast must use alliances and friendships to win a place in the villa. Those in the villa at the end of the series compete for a cash prize.

BBC Three orders coming of age drama series Boarders

Boarders, a brand new comedy drama created by BAFTA nominated Daniel Lawrence Taylor has been commissioned for BBC Three and BBC iPlayer.

The six-part series will be produced by Studio Lambert and follows the lives of five underprivileged black students from inner-city London who win scholarships to an elite boarding school.

Studio Lambert to co-produce reality version of Squid Game with $4.56m prize

‘Squid Game: The Challenge’ is set to be co-produced by Studio Lambert and The Garden for Netflix.

It will have the largest cast (456 players) of any reality show and the largest prize ($4.65m).

Ally Love To Host Competition Series ‘Dance 100’ For Netflix

Ally Love is to host the series, which will start production on April 1 in London.

The series is a street dance competition designed to find the next superstar choreographer. Using 100 of the world’s best dancers — known as The Dance 100 — the eight contestants must create, choreograph, design and then perform in group dance numbers on an ever-growing and massive scale.

Studio Lambert and Talpa team up to bring Million Dollar Island to US and UK

Studio Lambert and Talpa have announced a partnership in which Studio Lambert will produce the US and UK editions of Talpa’s latest adventure reality show, Million Dollar Island.

The series sees 100 people dropped on an uninhabited tropical island, where they must survive for two months. Each contestant is given a numbered bracelet worth $10,000 upon arrival. Contestants gain and lose bracelets through challenges and duels, as well as getting them from contestants who quit — which any of them can do at any time, giving their bracelet (or bracelets) to one of the remaining competitors as they depart.
