Joining Studio Lambert in October 2025, Stephen is an expert in format development, showrunning and large scale production management.
In his previous role at Remarkable Entertainment he helped shape many of the most successful entertainment franchises with credits including: Survivor (UK), Richard Osman’s House of Games, and The Wall, as well as leading the delivery of a 120-episode series of Deal or No Deal and Soccer Aid 2025.
His other credits include Big Brother, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, The Cube, The Jump, and The Million Pound Drop.
