Sarah Fay, Executive Producer
Sarah is a multiple award-winning executive producer. She has overseen The Traitors and The Celebrity Traitors for the BBC from day one, playing a key role in leading this large scale production to critical and commercial success.
Sarah began her career working on a wide variety of hit reality and entertainment formats, such as Big Brother, The Apprentice, Surprise Surprise, Got to Dance and The Games. As a freelance producer she continued to build her career across some of the UK’s biggest formats, including I’m A Celebrity, Celebs Go Dating, before moving on to series produce multiple series of Love Island. Since joining Studio Lambert, as well as The Traitors, Sarah has also executive produced The Circle for both the UK and US territories.
