Mike Cotton is an award-winning Creative Director who has shaped and produced some of Studio Lamberts most iconic and successful programmes. This includes the BAFTA and EMMY winning The Traitors, the multi award winning Gogglebox and international hit formats Undercover Boss, Four in a Bed, and Naked Attraction.

With over 25 years of experience in television production, Mike has honed his craft on both sides of the Atlantic, working extensively in Studio Lambert’s UK and US offices. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse audiences and the ability to deliver compelling, innovative content that resonates worldwide.

Before joining Studio Lambert, Mike enjoyed a successful career as a freelance Producer and Director, working across numerous award-winning unscripted programs such as Wife Swap, The Apprentice, and The Only Way is Essex.
