Mel joined Studio Lambert in 2012 after spending 8 years at RDF working on shows such as Shipwrecked and Secret Millionaire.

Since being here she has helped to start up and manage various projects such as Gogglebox, Naked Attraction, Tattoo Fixers and The Circle.

Since returning from maternity leave with twins, she is currently working part time on Gogglebox for Channel 4.
