Maxine Fester, Senior Talent Manager
Maxine began her television career in 2009, working predominantly in reality and factual entertainment, working as a senior casting producer on the first series of Too Hot To Handle before leaving editorial.
Having gained experience in a variety of roles at different levels, Maxine transitioned to talent management when she Joined Studio Lambert in 2022. Within the talent team she mainly oversees the staffing of factual entertainment shows and has worked across a variety of Studio Lambert formats including Undercover Boss, Rise and Fall, Gogglebox and Race Across The World.
