Claire Chung, HR Manager
Claire joined Studio Lambert from the Major Projects division within the BBC, where she worked on large projects such as the decommissioning of the BBC Television Centre, before moving into their Factual division in Documentaries.
As HR Manager Claire works as part of the Studio Lambert core HR team, looking after their freelancers and staff. Working closely with each production, Claire is involved in the contracting process and induction of new starters. She runs the company ‘wellness’ committee, dedicated to mental health and wellbeing, sits on the Diversity Equity & Inclusion steering committee, is champion for sustainability, and is instrumental in organising company charity fundraising events.
